This app benefits support teams dealing with high volumes of tickets by offering a more efficient workflow. We provide a list of views in a dropdown menu as an option. Typically, users would need to navigate through each page in the view individually and apply a macro one page at a time. However, with this app, users can apply the macro with a single click, and apply all tickets present in the view. This eliminates the need for users to go through every page of the view manually.
With this feature, users can bypass repetitive actions by applying a macro to every ticket within the view simultaneously. This bulk-action approach accelerates workflows by reducing manual steps and minimizing errors, as a standardized set of actions is applied consistently to each ticket. It is particularly useful for common tasks such as batch-updating ticket statuses, tagging or categorizing tickets, assigning tickets to team members, or adding the same note across multiple tickets based on the macro action.
- One-Click Macro Application Across Views:
Apply predefined macros across multiple tickets within a view, even if they span multiple pages, with a single click. This saves time by automating repetitive actions.
- Show a preview of the changes a macro will apply before executing it, so users can review and confirm actions to avoid errors.
