Overview: “Confirm Ticket Submission” runs discreetly in the ticket sidebar, prompting agents to verify ticket details before submission. It enhances accuracy without being visible or interruptive.
1.Ticket Review: The agent updates details of a ticket (such as description, subject, etc.), and the app retrieves the existing ticket data for comparison.
Display Changes: The app compares the old and new ticket information, highlighting any updates or modifications made by the agent (e.g., status change, new comments).
Confirmation Prompt: Before submitting, the app prompts the agent with a confirmation dialog, listing the modified fields for final review.
50-Second Timer: A 50-second countdown timer starts, giving the agent time to confirm or cancel the submission.
Auto-Cancel on Timer Expiry: If the agent doesn’t take any action within the 50-second window, the submission is automatically canceled, and the agent is notified.
Submit or Cancel: The agent can either confirm the changes, submitting the ticket, or cancel the action to make further edits.
Success Message: Upon submission, a success notification is displayed, confirming that the ticket has been updated with the new changes.
Click the Install or Buy Button: Locate and click on the “Install” or “Buy” button to initiate the installation process.
Installation Prompt Appears: After clicking “Install”, a prompt titled “INSTALLATION” will appear for configuration.
Set Role Restrictions: Within the INSTALLATION prompt, specify role restrictions as per your requirements. This involves defining which roles can access or perform certain actions related to the installation.
Set Group Restrictions: Similarly, configure group restrictions within the prompt. Define which groups of users will have permissions related to the installation.
Click Install Again within the INSTALLATION prompt: Once role and group restrictions are set according to your needs, click on the “Install” button again within the INSTALLATION prompt to proceed with the installation process.
